Who is responsible

School Uniform 4U Ltd (company number 13817426), trading as customworkwear4u, is the controller of your personal information. Registered office: 23 Garry Way, Romford, Essex, RM1 4YU. Contact: sales@customworkwear4u.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, delivery and billing addresses, and phone number if you give one.
• What you order, and the order history on your account if you create one.
• Logo and artwork files you upload so we can customise your garments.
• Messages you send us by email.

We do not see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, who collect your card details on their own secure form.

Why we use it

• To take, make, deliver and support your order. This is needed to perform our contract with you.
• To keep accounting and tax records we are legally required to keep.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure, and to answer your questions. This is our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Delivery carriers, so they can deliver your parcel.
• Companies that host this website, store uploaded artwork and send our emails, who act only on our instructions.
• Our accountants, and authorities where the law requires it.

Cookies and similar storage

This site sets only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work: your cart, your login session if you have an account, your region and language, and your choice of prices with or without VAT. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes we will ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for 6 years, as tax law requires. Uploaded artwork is kept while it is needed for your order and any reorder, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy you can move elsewhere. Email sales@customworkwear4u.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to put it right first.
