School Uniform 4U Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13817426. Registered office: 23 Garry Way, Romford, Essex, RM1 4YU.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in pounds sterling.
• Prices can be shown excluding or including VAT using the switch on the site. VAT at the current rate is added at checkout where it applies, and shown on your order and invoice.
• If we find a price is wrong, we will contact you before we process the order.
• An order confirmation email is not our acceptance of the order. We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, and we will refund anything you have paid.

Logo customisation

• The fee for each logo position is shown before you add the item to your cart.
• You must own the logo or artwork you upload, or have permission to use it.
• We may contact you if your artwork is not suitable for embroidery or print, and we may decline artwork we consider inappropriate.
• Customised items are made to order. See our returns page for what that means.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Charges and timings are on our delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images and design, belongs to School Uniform 4U Ltd or is used with permission. Please do not copy it without our written consent.

Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for the items concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you keep the right to use your local courts.
